Company History

CPI was established in 1996 to cater for plumbing and electrical installations services. Initially we concentrated our company activities mainly for the projects of C & F Building Contractors, which is part of the Holding Company F. Schembri Holdings. In 1997-1998 we ventured on our first contracts for Local Authorities and extended services to the commercial sector.

Workforce

In 2006 we had grown to a workforce of over forty people and by the end of 2007 this increased to sixty two, and consequently we were able to offer our clients a coordinated combined mechanical and electrical package at competitive rates.

Departments

Continued growth has allowed CPI to become an independent Mechanical and Electrical installation company in Malta. In addition we project manage, design and supervise from the initial design brief until practical hand-over and completion, allowing our clients to enjoy a hassle-free coordinated contract. As an active partnering company we embrace these principles and are involved in several large contracts of this nature. Whilst expanding we have never forgotten that a company is only as good as its employees, which is why at CPI we make sure that all our staff members are trained and qualified in their respective field.

As our company evolves and responds to our clients and market needs we have made sure to keep up to date with the ever-changing regulations and developments within the industry, while making sure the necessary infrastructure is in place to realize these expectations by continuously improving our quality and choice of services.
